Things to do in NJ

Liberty State Park –  Famous for the view of the city skyline and the Statue of Liberty overlook, this park is located in Jersey City.  Take the liberty walk along the Hudson river or take a ferry ride to Ellis Island and experience the history of NYC.

Garden State Plaza – This mall is one of the largest malls in NJ and home to over 250 specialty stores and a huge AMC movie theater.  This mall can keep you busy for days!

Bergen Town Center – This newly renovated outlet mall is a Paramus gem, and one of our favorite places. Happy hunting for some serious bargains!

Saddle River Park – This park runs through multiple towns and stretches for 6 miles, with a few duck ponds and playgrounds and beautiful bike and running trails mostly covered with trees.  It’s a beautiful place to relax, entertain the kids or get your daily walk or run in while you’re traveling.

Van Saun County Park – Paramus, NJ – This park is a zoo… Really!  Some of the park’s popular attractions include the nationally accredited Bergen County Zoological Park, historic Washington Spring Garden, kiddie train, pony rides and picnic areas.

Meadowlands Sports Complex, IZOD Center – East Rutherford, NJ- Be sure to check the calendar at the Meadowlands for any games, events, concerts, or fairs that may be going on during the time of your visit.

Bananas Comedy Club – Hasbrouck Heights, NJ- Check out their schedule and catch a local show while you’re in town.
